Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 39.80 acres at 0 Northeast Drive in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.

Workspace Property Group, LLC purchased acreage at Cosner Industrial Park LC for $6,360,000 for future industrial development.
