Police and paramedics at ‘concern for welfare’ incident in Plymouth

Police are investigating after being called to an address in Honicknowle following reports of concern for a man’s welfare. Residents told PlymouthLive they saw police activity at an address in Chard Barton earlier today, Friday 31 May.

Paramedics from the Southwest Ambulance Service would also have been on the scene. A resident confirmed seeing what they believed to be forensic examiners as well as the coroner’s van at the address.



A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were called at around 9.10am on Friday 31 May following reports of concern for the welfare of a man at a property in Chard Barton, Plymouth.

Police said they were investigating and were unable to provide further details at this stage.
