The village’s new ‘dog friendly’ cafe – take a look inside

A ‘dog friendly’ cafe has opened in a Leicestershire village. Chinwags is located on Sibson Road in Birstall.

The cafe, which opened on Sunday 19 May, has dog beds and toy bins for your furry friends. You can also get a Polaroid of your pet for the dedicated wall in the cafe.

Chinwags told LeicestershireLive that the village is “perfect” for a dog-friendly venue as there are “plenty” of dog walkers in Birstall, but that not many of the village’s cafes allow pets. Open from 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Sunday, Chinwags sells breakfast and hot food throughout the day.
