There is no Malo Gusto in the South Yorkshire squad with Benoit Badiashile and Mykhailo Mudryk both dropping to the bench after Thursday’s thrilling 4-3 win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.

Ben Chilwell missed that game through illness and was also absent from last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Burnley due to a minor injury.

Pochettino had hoped the left-back would be available for their trip to Sheffield United, but he is again not involved.

Djordje Petrovic will start in goal in front of a back four of Chalobah, Axel Disasi, Silva and Marc Cucurella.

Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher will be the midfield three as usual.

Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson will start in attack, with Madueke beating Mudryk and Raheem Sterling for the third striker spot.

Carney Chukwuemeka and Chalobah returned from the bench on Thursday, while Robert Sanchez resumed training this week but is still not involved.

Jackson and Caicedo are both yellow cards away from two-match bans, meanwhile.
