KAMLOOPS, BC – Kamloops’ newest light industrial park has broken ground.

Both Cushman and Wakefield and Brendan Shaw Real Estate joined the project as the real estate sales team, O’Reilly said.

“For many years in Kamloops, there has been a huge demand for light industrial land and built-out space to match, with exceptional access to major transportation corridors. It’s exciting to see this new light industrial park built in Kamloops, marking a significant step forward in further strengthening our economy, providing space for businesses to grow,” added Blake Gozda, Cushman and Wakefield vice president of industrial.
