Perryian Works to bring dual student towers to Gun Quarter

Close to Aston University and Birmingham City University, the proposals include two towers of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) ranging from 40 to 50 storeys tall, with public realm and commercial space to encourage use of the green spaces between the towers.

The news follows Sama’s securing of a £500m equity injection from Far Eastern investors earlier this year, which will be spent on delivery of PBSA and residential schemes across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
