RideLondon 2024 road closures, routes and start times as bike race returns

Thousands of cyclists are set to descend on the city this weekend for RideLondon2024. The event starts in Essex on Friday (May 24) but will not affect London or lead to closures until Sunday (May 26).

More than 20,000 cyclists will be involved in the Ford RideLondon-Essex will take place in the boroughs of central and east London. The boroughs affected are Westminster, Camden, Lambeth, Southwark, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and the City of London.

As a result, some roads will be closed on Sunday morning and other closures will last throughout the day.
