Is PSG out? Arsenal and Liverpool are the latest clubs in the race for the Bayern Munich veteran

Paris Saint-Germain could be out of the lottery to land Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich. The Parisians have been linked with the veteran standout, but it appears the Germany international has other plans for his future.

Kimmich was reported to have met Bayern Munich management last month to discuss his future. As the 29-year-old has made no progress on a new deal with the Bundesliga side, the club may have to consider selling him.

Sky Sports’ Kerry Hau says that if Kimmich is ever to leave Bayern Munich, he would likely move to a top club such as Man City, Barcelona, Real Madrid or perhaps even Liverpool or Arsenal.

With no mention of PSG, it is likely that the capital club are not a serious contender for the Bayern Munich star. Kimmich played in 43 matches in the 2023-24 season with Bayern Munich, managing to score two goals and provide 10 assists for the Bundesliga side.

It will be interesting to see what the German side decide to do and how the Ligue 1 champions improve their midfield for next season.
