Gogglebox’s Ellie Warner praised what fans see in the selfie

Gogglebox’s Ellie Warner has been showered with praise after sharing a selfie she took with her son Ezra.

The Channel 4 star has established herself as a fan favorite in the popular series, in which she appears alongside her sister Izzi. Away from the cameras, Ellie shares one-year-old Ezra with her partner Nat Eddleston.

She often shares posts from her work and family life to her 489,000 Instagram followers.

Her latest update features ten photos, which she described as a “scraping of May” (sic). The photos include one of Ellie looking glamorous as she heads to her ‘staff’, as well as a charity shop purchase, and the family gathered around a buffet for Ezra’s first birthday party.

But it’s a selfie Ellie took while breastfeeding her son that has got fans talking. She described the photo as “Golden boobies”, a term used to mark a year of breastfeeding.

Fans were quick to comment as Rebecca said: ‘Beautiful pictures to normalize breastfeeding’ and Ellie replied: ‘Unfortunately breastfeeding mums face a lot of stigma around breastfeeding, I’ve definitely experienced it if not I hide, then help with breastfeeding. to be seen and not to be something to hide”.

Lesley said: “Yes the breastfeeding pic!!! Whatever option we choose to feed our babies should have equal exposure…I was tempted to put “normalization” but I understand the negatives around the implication that it’s not normal in the first place…we have the right to feed our babies in whatever way suits us best and both options should be seen!!!!”

Rosie said: “Just got my golden breasts too! Well done mum!! And thank you for posting it on social media and normalizing breastfeeding xx” (sic)
