Crash closes County Road 27 in Bradford Tuesday afternoon

A serious crash closed a portion of County Road 27 south of Newton Robinson Tuesday afternoon.

South Simcoe Police, Bradford West Gwillimbury Fire and Emergency Services personnel and Simcoe County Paramedics attended the June 4 incident, which occurred on 27th near the intersection with Route 9.

Reports from the scene suggest a vehicle flipped onto its roof and several people needed to be evacuated.

The extent of the injuries and the cause of the accident are unclear at this time.

A portion of 27 near the collision site was closed.
