Camping World Unveils Succession Plans Amid Retirements – RVBusiness

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the world’s largest recreational vehicle dealer, announced that company chairman Brent Moody plans to retire on December 31st with his resignation as chairman effective July 1st. announced its chief financial officer, Karin Bell, that she plans to retire in the company’s Form 10-K filing for the year ended Dec. 31, with her resignation as chief financial officer effective July 1.

In connection with Moody’s resignation, Matthew Wagner will be named president and will continue to serve as the company’s chief operating officer. In connection with Bell’s resignation, Tom Kirn will be named chief financial officer and will continue to serve as the company’s principal accountant.
