Traffic also slows northbound

According to traffic data provider Inrix, while the closure only affects the southbound section of the A42, travel is slow on the northbound section.

Inrix says this is due to passing traffic trying to view the incident. We still don’t have a clearer picture of what happened on the A42 this morning.
