Four houses in the town have been raided as police recover drugs and weapons

Police arrested four men and recovered drugs and a BB gun as part of the County Lines crackdown. Officers searched homes in Heather Road, Small Heath and Blakeland Street in Bordesley Green.

They also entered two properties in Kenelm Road, Small Heath. Three 45-year-old men and a 26-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of drug-related offenses and remain in police custody.




A large quantity of suspected Class A drugs and a BB gun were also recovered.

Detective Sergeant Craig Tennant of the County Lines Taskforce said: “We will continue to pursue those involved in drug supply as we know they wreak havoc on our communities and exploit vulnerable people.

“We are relentless in our fight against organized crime. These warrants are part of Operation Target, which sees West Midlands Police targeting serious and organized crime such as drug dealing, burglary, cybercrime and fraud.”
