American systems renewed its lease for 6,119 square feet of office space at 440 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Rob Wright and Josh Fulton handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

James River Institute for Archaeology, Inc. leased 4,345 square feet of office space at 300-328 Mclaws Circle in Williamsburg, VA. Dawn F. Griggs, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
