I found designer clothes at huge discounts at a clearance sale downtown

If you act fast, you can get some huge brands like Missoni, Kenzo and Calvin Klein on sale for up to 70% off.

This week, Tessuti announced the closure of its flagship store on Paradise Street in Liverpool One. As a result, all of its stock, which includes giants such as Hugo Boss, Armani and Ralph Lauren, is being sold at a discount.

I went to the store to see what deals I could find. The store is pretty well laid out and easy to navigate, so I found my first bargain in seconds.

One of the first items that caught my eye was a Calvin Klein Jeans t-shirt which was originally £85 but had been reduced to £44. I haven’t shopped at Tessuti before because of the high prices, but I’m much more inclined now that there’s a sale.

A striking black and white Hugo Boss jacket had been reduced from £239 to £167 – not my style but I was still impressed with the new prices. Another deal was a Tommy Jeans jacket with 50% off to bring it down from £180 to £90.

News of the closure of Liverpool ONE comes after Tessuti announced in 2023 that it was closing stores in both Bolton and Bury. The Bolton store closed last August with Frasers Group’s multi-brand designer retailer Flannels.

I think probably the biggest discount I found was on a yellow Avirex jacket, originally £1,195, down to £358.50. It’s still a staggering amount, but fans of the brand will be delighted to be able to pick it up now, it’s well under £1,000.

Everything there was discounted so I really recommend you head over to have a look – everything from jackets to hats to belts was on sale so there’s bound to be something to your liking.
