Watch: ‘CATstravaganza’ returns to Manchester

Manchester played host to nearly 70 cats and hundreds of visitors last weekend for a weekend of feline fun.

Loving Cats Worldwide hosted an international cat competition where felines competed for points to earn titles such as Champion, the Ultimate Grand Champion.

At the Bowlers show centre, breeders, owners and cat lovers came together to celebrate, compete and share advice on adoption and breeding.

Both pedigree and non-pedigree cats were welcome, making it a fully inclusive event for all pets as well as the whole family.

As well as the competitions, there was also the CATwalk, which saw owners and breeders parading their cats for hundreds to admire.

A host of charities were also present, helping to spread awareness of the adoption and relocation crisis.

A host of vendor stalls were also at the event, with an innovative ‘tofu litter’ being one of the most interesting products on offer.
