Loraine KAMAN Obituary – Cornwall, Fernandina Beach, Fl,, CT (1947-2012)

KAMAN, Loraine Loraine Kaman, passed away Friday (May 11, 2012). She was born January 24, 1947 in Winsted to the late Kent and Mary (Marks) Spear. She was the loving wife of Charles “Bill” William Kaman, II for 30 years. She lived part-time in Fernandina Beach, FL, where she ran a business with her husband before retiring in 2002. She also spent time at her home in Cornwall, CT, where she enjoyed painting, planting in her garden and to be with her friends and family. . She was an avid animal lover and adored her Basset Hound Beazlie. He was an active member of the community and gave generously to local charities. In addition to her husband, she leaves her daughter, Tracy Della Valle, her daughter, Jill Campetti, and her son, John Campetti. Funeral services will be private. A memorial service open to the public will be held Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the United Church of Christ in Cornwall, CT ([email protected]) at 2 p.m. Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main St., Winsted is in care of arrangements.
