IN COMMEMORATION OF ROB BURROW CBE

Supporters can pay their respects to Rob Burrow from 09:45 at the Rugby League Statue (East Level 2 Concourse) outside Wembley Stadium. Please avoid flames and any non-floral tributes will be transported and displayed at Headingley Stadium in Leeds after Cup Final Day.

The Men’s Challenge Cup Final will now kick off at 3.07pm to reflect Rob’s association with the number 7 shirt during his distinguished career and since retirement. There will be a minute’s silence in Rob’s memory before the start of each Men’s and Women’s Cup Final.

For the men’s final, just before Abide With Me performed by Katherine Jenkins OBE, two large banners in tribute to Rob will be unveiled in the lower bowl in the stands behind the posts in the East and West Stands.
