The wedding photos of TikTok influencer Paige MacDonald and musician Dylan Bauld

From the concert stage to the wedding aisle — TikToker Paige Sheffield (nee MacDonald), known to her 500,000+ followers as @paigeejenna, and her musician beau Dylan Sheffield (formerly Bauld) have tied the knot!

The couple’s three-day wedding weekend culminated in an intimate outdoor ceremony with their closest family and friends at Serendipity Garden Weddings in Oak Glen, California on Saturday, June 1.

The couple tells PEOPLE that it was important to them to be “surrounded” by all of their “favorite people” — some of whom were even included in the ceremony to make it more “personal.” Dylan’s sister Kaitlin Bauld officiated the wedding and the couple even recited handwritten vows to each other.

“It really felt like we were alone, just the two of us during the ceremony,” Paige says. “… Finally being able to share our vows with each other… (was) so incredibly special.”

She walked down the aisle in Jaxon James’ Netta BenShabu ‘Sally’ gown to Ashe and Finneas’ ‘Till Forever Falls Apart – which again had a personal touch as it was performed live by their friends Jillian Rossi and Cooper . Holzmann.

The couple were surrounded by greenery with white flowers that decorated the aisle and archway over the altar as they said, “I do.” White roses could be seen and scattered along the aisle and used to decorate the reception tables.

For the wedding reception, the bride changed into the ‘Simone’ dress by Katherine Tash of Loho Bride, which features a figure-hugging silhouette with shimmering details. Paige and Dylan walked in together as their loved ones held glitter.

The pair were all smiles as they cut and shared their wedding cake – a three-tiered vanilla cake with passion fruit curd and pearl-topped passion buttercream. They then took to the dance floor for their first dance set to ‘Simply The Best’ performed live by Misterwives’ Mandy Lee and Val Hoyt.

It was important for them to choose just the right wedding songs as music has been a big part of their lives and is the reason they met in the first place. Paige tells PEOPLE that their romance began with a chance meeting with her future husband at a concert for his band Flor at the Foundry in Philadelphia.

She attended the event thanks to mutual friends and even took a picture with Dylan for the first time because she says she “thought he was really cute.” He eventually invited her “in person” to his band’s headlining show at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City.

Their relationship had a “slow burn” until the Firefly Music Festival – which is “where everything changed between them,” the couple say. Dylan finally popped the question on September 30, 2022.

The surprise was planned for the Elizabeth Street Gardens next to the Bowery Ballroom – a venue too important to the couple. The groom almost spoiled the surprise by giving his bride-to-be the jacket with the engagement ring inside, before hastily taking it back. However, the proposal went off without a hitch when he got down on one knee and she responded with a ‘Yes’.

The two say they knew they were ready to take the next step in their relationship because they had already “been through so much together.”

“The marriage and wedding part was more of a celebration than a statement,” adds Paige. “We lived like we were married before, we knew we were each other’s person, but it was fun to have a party and solidify everything.”

As for what’s next for the couple — who took Dylan’s mother’s maiden name and are now known as Dylan and Paige Sheffield — they plan to buy a house together after their honeymoon in Cancun.

Dylan tells PEOPLE he couldn’t have picked a better wife because “she spreads so much joy.” “It changes people’s lives,” he adds. “And I know I’m the luckiest man alive because I get every 15 seconds, all day, forever.”

Paige says she feels the same way. “He’s my best friend, my safe space, my home and the love of my life,” she says. “He is a light to anyone who meets him and I am so lucky to have the honor of being forever by his side. I am the person I am today because of the way his love keeps me going and pushes me forward, never doubting me and allowing me to be the best version of myself.”
