The weather map is predicting temperatures of 25 degrees as Britons await a ‘super’ heat wave.

A weather map lights up red, with temperatures set to reach up to 25 degrees Celsius amid an impending ‘super heatwave’. Meteorologists at InMeteo say that by Thursday, June 20, temperatures will reach 25C in several areas of the UK.

The map shows that hot weather is set to head towards Coventry, with the Midlands set for hot weather. The Mirror reports that most of southeast England is covered in red on the map, with south London and parts of Surrey the warmest.




It is set to be at least 20C for most of England and Wales, although it is likely to be colder in Northern Ireland and Scotland.

However, the Met Office said “signals are weak” around the long-term picture due to fairly cool conditions across the UK, with temperatures not exceeding 25C on Thursday. But another forecaster is predicting a “super heatwave” to hit Britain, with temperatures reaching “30 degrees”.
