Ryan Thomas has backed ITV’s In With A Shout as he quits the UK

Ryan Thomas has been backed as he prepares to mark a special occasion in style.

The Dancing On Ice winner regularly shares updates from his happy family life on Instagram. The soap star shares two children with Lucy Mecklenburgh and the posts showed the family celebrating in style in a sunny location.

Ryan was joined by close friends and family as former Coronation Street star Chris Fountain wished him a happy birthday. Ryan is set to mark his 40th birthday in two days and it looks like he’s been joined by his nearest and dearest for the occasion.

Lucy shared photos of Ryan and their two children soaking up the rays.

Ryan’s brother Adam and Scott also joined them on the family trip abroad, along with close friend Richard Fleeshman. Richard, who is famous for his role as Craig in Corrie, is also in celebration mode as he turned 35 today.

His mother Susie Jenkins, known for her role as Jackie Corkhill on Brookside, sent a heartfelt message to mark the occasion. She said: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our wonderful son Richard. We are so proud of the extraordinary human being you have become.

“Our love to you today and always.”

Ryan, Adam and Scott are set to return to our screens tonight for a special episode of In With A Shout to raise funds for Soccer Aid.
