The £9 Amazon product that removes grease from your air fryer

For people looking to deep clean their air fryers, Amazon sells a product that buyers say easily removes grease.

HG Air Fryer Cleaner is a solution that can be used on air fryers without damaging the appliance. It’s currently priced at £8.75 on Amazon for 250ml and promises to ‘lift even the toughest grease build-up from your air fryer’.

The HG company said it was made specifically to lift grease that gets trapped in air fryers, but will be gentle on the internals of your fryer. And it comes with its own cleaning brush too.

There have been a number of positive reviews on Amazon. One person said: “I’m always skeptical when I buy these cleaners because you never seem to get what they claim. I was pleasantly surprised with this product that it actually worked in degreasing my air fryer.

“Over time you get a fine layer of built-in grease, even when you wash the trays regularly, so I decided to buy this to see if it would cut through that like normal detergent doesn’t. Well he did and now I’m going. to use regularly to ensure trays stay clean and grease free – I would recommend.”
