New Orleans

John Henry Jackson was appointed director of US Commercial Service New Orleans.

The U.S. Commercial Service is the trade promotion arm of the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce and connects U.S. companies with international buyers.

Jackson spent the past eight years as a senior international specialist in the New Orleans office. Before that, he worked for the Mississippi Development Authority.

He earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Japanese and international business from Georgetown University and a master’s certificate in global oil and gas management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Brent C. Wyatt and Nick S. Wise joined the staff of Kean Miller.

Wyatt is a senior counsel practicing in the bankruptcy and business reorganization and commercial litigation groups. His practice focuses primarily on corporate litigation, with an emphasis on debtor/creditor and bankruptcy and reorganization law.

He earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from LSU and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Helmet.

Wise is a senior counsel practicing with the Energy and Environmental Litigation Group. His practice focuses primarily on representing energy companies in litigation regarding alleged contamination and loss of wetlands associated with historic oil and gas operations.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems and decision sciences from LSU and a law degree, cum laude, from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Wise served as a judicial extern for Louisiana Supreme Court Justice John L. Weimer and as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Tom E. Stagg in Shreveport.

Krystal Critton was named project director for Geaux Far Louisiana, an initiative of Louisiana Children’s Policy Institute.

The coalition is designed to ensure access to seamless, high-quality health and educational services for early childhood development.

Critton spent eight years as an elementary teacher in Caddo Parish, then joined Junior Achievement of North Louisiana as director of programs and community engagement.

She earned a BA in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations from LSU.

Baton Rouge

Dr. Sean Shannon joined the staff of General Baton Rouge.

Shannon, a board-certified rheumatologist, sees patients at the new Baton Rouge General Rheumatology Clinic, 8585 Picardy Ave., Suite 512. The clinic diagnoses and treats a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis to gout and scleroderma.

He earned a medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Shannon completed an internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Station Fontenot was employed as a director in the corporate financing practice for V. Graham.

She will work in the company’s Lafayette office.

Fontenot spent more than 20 years at Bristow Group Inc., an oil and gas services firm.

She earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting, both from Texas A&M University.

Will Adams and Kelly Morgan joined the staff of Beau Box Commercial Real Estate.

Adams has spent the past 13 years as the principal agent in Baton Rouge for Property One Inc. He has experience in allocating capital for real estate, development land, family legacy assets, adapted projects, cash flow properties, surplus properties and tenants. representation services.

Morgan has experience in lease administration, development, construction and project management.
