One diner said: “The food was excellent. The steak dinners had a good amount of quality meat and I like the idea of ​​’bottomless roasties, Yorkshire puds and gravy’ great for those with an appetite but not overwhelming portions for those without’.

One diner said: “Sunday lunch was lovely, the Yorkshire puddings were great, the portions were amazingly large and the unlimited Yorkshires/potatoes/gravy was a great deal. The atmosphere of the pub is wonderful, especially with all the airplane decor.”

Another added: “Went for Sunday lunch. It was very crowded.

“But I was impressed by how fast and friendly the service was. The menu was varied and we all found something we liked to eat. It was worth the wait and tasty and the portions generous.”
