Jose Mourinho ready to destroy Leeds United transfer hopes as new battle looms

While unable to deliver Premier League football as they had hoped, Leeds remained confident they could agree a deal to bring Rodon back to Elland Road, but Spurs’ recent activation of a one-year release clause appears to be in focus on getting the biggest one. possible transfer fee for the player and that could open a bidding war Leeds cannot win. Another loan deal with a substantial loan fee paid for the Wales international has also not been ruled out.
