Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Three Downtown Leases Totaling 120,000 SF

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated three leases totaling 120,123 square feet at Two Park Avenue, a recently upgraded office building in Midtown. The firm’s Tara Stacom, Mitchell Arkin, Peter Trivelas and Mike Tranfalia represented the landlord, PPF Off Two Park Avenue, in the transactions.

Herrick Feinstein LLP leased 76,849 square feet on the entire 14th floor and part of the 15th, represented by John Wheeler and Peter Riguardi of JLL. AECOM secured 17,490 square feet on the 15th floor with representation from JLL’s Ed DiTolla, Henry Warner and William Korchak. Corporate Suites signed for 25,042 square feet on the entire 20th floor, represented by Garett Varricchio and Mark Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield.

Recent improvements to the property include The Ely Lounge with an outdoor terrace and lobby level conference center. The building also offers amenities including a penthouse lounge, a bike room and a parking garage.
