Trailberg is to open its first UK store in Manchester Arndale

Trailberg has selected Manchester Arndale to open its first UK permanent store.

The store will stock the brand’s full range of tracksuits, twinsets, windbreakers, hoodies, ¼ zips and shorts, all of which have been designed with the needs of mountain runners in mind.

Located in a former Cruyff space, the store will span 1,300 square meters and will provide Trailberg fans with a dedicated space to access and try the full range of products. Until now, the brand’s products have been available mainly online, or through partnerships with other retailers.

Steve Gray, Head of Retail Asset Management Europe at Global Mutual, said: “We always love working with new and innovative businesses, so it’s great to see Trailberg select Manchester Arndale for its first store.

“Trailberg has become a popular brand in the UK, particularly in the North West, and we expect their new store to be popular with our shoppers.”

Gray added that Manchester Arndale is close to reaching new leases with several big brands, which will take the center closer to full occupancy.

M&G Real Estate and Global Mutual act as joint asset managers of Manchester Arndale and New Cathedral Street.
