Firefighters were called to Sutton as the apartment caught fire

Fire crews tackled a flat fire in Sutton yesterday (June 11).

London Fire Brigade was called to a flat in Grange Vale just after 5pm.

Fire crews extinguished the fire.

No injuries were reported.

A spokesman for London Fire Brigade said: “Firefighters were called at 5.08pm yesterday to a fire at a flat on Grange Vale in Sutton yesterday.

“Crews attended and extinguished the fire safely.

“No injuries were reported.”
