BWG is excited to invite all residents to this year’s Canada Day celebration, action-packed with plenty of family-friendly entertainment and shows. Join us on Monday 1st July from 4pm to 10pm at the Bradford and District Memorial Community Centre.

Stage events:

Sit back, relax and enjoy exciting performances on the main stage with busker performances from Bex in Motion and Rockabilly Joe and dance routines from Elite Dance Corps. Stay until 8:30pm to watch True Rodeo, a Blue Rodeo tribute band.

Field events and activities:

Head over to the Kids Zone for an evening full of fun inflatable slides, obstacle courses, games and more! Get a fancy (non-permanent) airbrush or glitter tattoo, then snap some selfies at the tin station or photo frame for a souvenir. If you’re looking for something sweet, stop by Mister Treats, Jo’s Juice Jazz, and Sweet B’s. End the evening by grabbing a snack and a lawn chair to enjoy our highly anticipated fireworks display starting at 10:00 p.m.

“I look forward to celebrating Canada Day 2024 with the wonderful members of our community and their friends and family. BWG has an amazing day of music, food, games and entertainment planned with a fireworks display you won’t want to miss!” – Mayor James Leduc

Special thanks to our sponsors: Bayview Wellington Homes; Tim Hortons; No frills; and Canadian Heritage for making this event possible.
