1 charged with capital murder after man shot on motorcycle in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police say they have made an arrest after Obray Carter was shot and killed while riding his motorcycle on Wednesday, June 5th in the North Titusville neighborhood.

According to BPD, Keena Deon Creer, 39, was arrested on Wednesday, June 12th in the 2500 block of Acton Road after a felony warrant was obtained on Tuesday, June 11th.

Officials say Creer is being held in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
