A house overlooking Anfield Stadium is said to be ‘creating a stir’ on the property market.

The property on Blessington Road in Anfield is due to go up for auction next month with a guide price of £70,000. The three-bedroom house is to be auctioned by Venmore Auction, which has described it as a “big blunder”.

The house has a slightly unusual appearance, being a corner house – but it has an incredible view overlooking the Anfield stadium.

Although in need of some attention, the house on Blessington Road has three large bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room and kitchen. It would be a perfect renovation project.
