Sheffield Wednesday have revived their interest in Brentford attacking midfielder Myles Peart-Harris, according to The Star.

Sheffield Wednesday have transfer funds available this summer and Danny Rohl will be keen to use them after committing his future to the club.

The transfer window opens on Friday and a host of players have been linked with a move to Hillsborough.

Now though, it is claimed that one of the club’s former targets is back on the radar.

The Star claims Sheffield Wednesday have revived their interest in attacking midfielder Myles Peart-Harris, who returns to Brentford this summer after a half-season spell at League One winners Portsmouth.

The 21-year-old, who sees his deal with the Bees expire in 2025, has managed two goals in 12 outings for Pompey.

It remains to be seen what Brentford have planned for Peart-Harris next season and there is no word on whether the Owls’ interest is in a permanent or loan deal. However, he is on the radar at Hillsborough after being watched in January.
