what is wrong with you Let me, uh, first of all thank the staff and everyone at Billboard for allowing me to do a cover. I appreciate you very much, but you are making noise that you are in this room. You know, everybody here, make a little noise for yourselves being here. We didn’t have any speeches prepared… and, you know, we’re independent, so we roll with the punches and sh– like that. But I’ll just say one thing. It’s one thing to feel like people love what you do and appreciate your art and what you’ve put out, and it’s another thing to be recognized among your peers, and that’s right here. So let me, let me recognize my brother, Ty Baisden, for Executive of the Year.

Like my brother, I have not prepared a speech, but I want to thank God first. I want to thank my mother, my family, my culture. I want to thank Malana from STEM. I want to thank Troy from Venice and the whole Billboard team for really giving up their time and honoring us in a really cool way and yeah, that’s about it, man, stay independent.
