Crowds of Taylor Swift fans were asked to clear outside Liverpool’s Anfield stadium, with stewards urging the crowd to “move on”. For safety reasons, families and other groups were herded away from the players’ entrance. Luckily, they didn’t have to wander too far, and crowds were seen enjoying themselves in nearby Stanley Park.

Despite relentless rain drenching Liverpool FC’s home ground this evening, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the legion of Swifties who turned out to support their icon, reports the Liverpool Echo. Paramore got the ball rolling around 6.30pm, followed by Taylor making her grand entrance just after 7.30pm.
