Coventry boy arrested after ‘string of bike-related incidents’

Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy from Coventry on suspicion of handling stolen goods, interfering with a motor vehicle and stealing from a vehicle, according to Warwickshire Police. He has since been released on bail until August 27.

PC Loveridge, from the Nuneaton Safer Neighborhood Team, said: “We are aware of the problems with motorbike theft and anti-social behavior around Nuneaton and Bedworth and we are working hard to identify and deal with those we believe are responsible.” .

He added: “Every report we get from the community gives us another data point we can use to track them down, so keep them coming.”
