The Wiltshire coaching firm has secured a contract with Peperami owner Jack Links

A Wiltshire-based management coaching business has landed a major contract with makers of Peperami. Marlborough-based Fired Up Leaders is working with US meat snack maker Jack Link’s, supporting the company’s management team at its European operation in Amsterdam and Germany.

The consultancy beat competition from larger providers after impressing Jack Link’s with a customized programme, said managing director Nicola Lyle.

“We’ve already had the first two training sessions and the training has started as well,” Ms Lyle said. “When Jack Link compared us to other providers in the UK and Europe, what attracted them was the bespoke program we could deliver.”

Fired Up LEaders work with a wide range of clients in the engineering, food and drink, defense and legal sectors, including home lift specialist Stannah.

“What we really enjoy is working with high-growth SMEs and partnering with them as they grow,” Ms Lyle said. “For us, it’s always about the relationships we have with our customers and being that trusted partner.”
