The Princess of Wales will take part in the Trooping of the Color tomorrow for the King’s birthday

Kensington Palace has announced that Catherine, Princess of Wales, will now attend Trooping the Color tomorrow (Saturday), despite her ongoing cancer treatment. The palace also released a new photo of the princess, taken in Windsor earlier this week.

They also received a statement in which she said she has “good days and bad days” but is learning to be patient and take each day as it comes. Meanwhile, her chemotherapy continues.




She said in the statement: “I have been overwhelmed by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the past two months. It really made a difference to me and William and helped us both through some of the toughest times. times.

“I’m making good progress, but as anyone who goes through chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and need to give in to your body by resting.

“But on good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling good.

“My treatment is ongoing and will take a few more months. On days when I feel well enough, it’s a joy to engage in school life, spend personal time with things that give me energy and positivity, and start doing a little work from home.

“I’m looking forward to attending the King’s Nativity Parade this weekend with my family and hopefully joining some public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I’m not out of the woods yet.
