David Lammy launched Labour’s election manifesto at a Labor Party event at Barnet FC Stadium yesterday afternoon.

The event at The Hive celebrated the initial unveiling of the manifesto by party leader Keir Starmer in Manchester yesterday morning.

After attending the event in Manchester, the shadow foreign secretary rushed to London for the regional launch of the manifesto at the home of the National League team.

Apologizing for being late to the launch event, the long-serving Tottenham MP said: “The Manchester manifesto launch was due to finish at 12.30pm. It didn’t finish at 12.30 but there’s a good reason why it didn’t finish then. Because it’s a fabulous manifesto”, to the cheers of the crowd.

Lammy reminded the Labor Party supporters and activists present that although the Labor Party had published many manifestos throughout its history, there had only been three winning manifestos: Attlee’s, Wilson’s and Blair’s. But that was about to change, according to him.

“Why I think the launch of the manifesto this morning in Manchester was so important and surpassed by the joy in the room and the questions from all the media … because this time, this is a winning manifesto,” he said he.

He continued: “The manifesto is centered on where the public is today. After 14 years of so many ups and downs, people want economic stability, which they can build for their families, for their businesses, for their future. This is the promise of our manifesto. A manifesto based not on tax increases… but a manifesto based on growth!”

Labour’s election manifesto contains five national missions to rebuild Britain, which include boosting economic growth, turning Britain into a clear energy superpower, halving serious violent crime on Britain’s streets, building an NHS fit for the future and destroying the tax cap. classroom so that young people have the best opportunities in their future.

The manifesto also includes six first steps to start the country’s rebuilding journey, which are to ensure economic stability, reduce NHS waiting times, recruit 6,500 new teachers, crack down on anti-social behavior and set up a public company clean energy, Great British Energy, to reduce energy bills.

said Primesh Patel, Labour’s candidate for Harrow East, who was at the event Barnett Post that the feedback from the threshold of his campaign was really positive.

“People really want change and that’s what Labor is offering,” he stressed.

David Lammy said Barnett Post: “I rushed here from Manchester, a little late, but I was late because there was a very positive event and people especially responded to the growth message.”
