Exciting funding opportunities for community groups in Kirklees and the North East of England

Attention all community leaders and community groups in Kirklees and the North East of England! New funding opportunities are now available, specifically targeting Black African and Caribbean (BAC) communities and underrepresented groups. The project, led by a collaboration with Black African and Caribbean Community Groups (BAC), aims to provide grants and leadership programs to strengthen and strengthen us and support impact projects that make a difference.

One of the highlighted programs is Connected Voices program, a community leadership capacity building initiative generously funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). This bespoke program is designed for Kirklees community groups in BAC and underrepresented communities. the program is scheduled to run from June to September 2024.

In addition to the Connected Voices program, Amplify and Magnify grants are available. These grants provide up to £10,000 to fund exceptional community ideas and projects. They cover many areas, including leadership, community engagement and creating safe neighborhoods. The deadline for Amplify and Magnify grants are July 31, 2024.
