Kate Middleton has been seen in public for the first time since the cancer update was published

Kate Middleton has been spotted making her first official public appearance since revealing to the world that she was undergoing cancer treatment. She was photographed in a car driving to the event with Prince William and their children.

She was later seen in a carriage as people braved the wet weather to watch the Trooping of the Color ceremony at Horse Guards Parade in London in honor of King Charles III’s birthday lea. In March, Kate released a statement saying she had undergone treatment. for illness for several weeks.

She has not been seen in any official roles since the announcement and missed engagements earlier in the year when she was hospitalized for abdominal surgery on January 16. She had initially said she would miss the event, before releasing an update yesterday (June 14) confirming she would attend.

The 67-year-old had brought two oil paintings, one of the King and another of the Princess of Wales, her husband and their children. Mr Mar said: “The Royal Family is like an anchor for uncertain times – especially when you see the mess of politicians.”

He added: “They are the only stable political institution amid the turmoil in the United Kingdom, and indeed what is the only stable institution for the future of this country?

“It’s still royalty. They are harmless. They are not politicians. Whether you’re right, left, middle, whatever, you look at them.”

The artist said his painting of Kate, which invoked biblical imagery by comparing her to Mary, was meant to mock the “religious fervor” he believed surrounded the birth of her most recent child, Prince Louis, in 2018 .
