SUMMARY OF THE INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, State Police received a report that the vehicle had left the roadway, causing damage to the victims’ property and then left the scene. This happened in the area of ​​442 US RT 5 in Barnet, Vermont. Officers later located the vehicle, a 2013 Madza 3, disabled on I91 near mile marker 131 northbound in St. Johnsbury. The operator was identified as Adams. He was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks for processing. Adams was later released with a summons to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 8/24/05.
