What will you do in the role?

You will create engaging content including press releases, social media posts, videos, articles, website content and possibly some graphics. What will you do in the role?

What will you do in the role?

Working on the front line, you will engage with customers either face-to-face, over the phone or through home visits. You will have to navigate sensitive situations on a regular basis. You will be assigned a large and complex caseload where you will carry out assessments of clients’ support needs, particularly in relation to housing, employment and financial needs.

You will provide support to those experiencing substance abuse, relationship breakdown, job loss, mental or physical health issues, domestic abuse, evicts, non-payment the rent and many others.

What will you do in the role?

You will maintain the council’s diverse fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment which will involve inspection, maintenance, test preparation, fault diagnosis and repairs.

You will be responsible for completing written or computerized vehicle records and work sheets. As well as interpreting information received from drivers and users of plant and equipment, you will advise on actions to be taken and provide feedback on work carried out.

What will you do in the role?

The day starts at the depot where you are assigned the route and the vehicle. By carrying out daily and weekly routine and safety checks, including fire precautions, you will verify that your vehicle is in working and operational condition. You will collect vulnerable passengers who have special needs and transport them between home and school, day care centers and other facilities. You will ensure their personal well-being in a safe and appropriate way, making their daily journey a comfortable one.

What will you do in the role?

What will you do in the role?

Your primary focus will be to complete individual risk assessments to determine appropriate transport requirements, either from home to school or to care services. You will also support the service to resolve operational issues that arise regarding transport and liaise with parents/carers, operators, schools, daycare centers and other relevant stakeholders to support the safe and effective delivery of transport with educational needs special (SEND).

You will assist the team in providing in-person training to external transport providers and provide and provide guidance and support to external providers on the use of specialist equipment as required. You will need to prioritize your work, meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team.

What will you do in the role?

You will oversee events at Beaumanor Hall including set-up and delivery, co-ordinating catering requirements and logistics such as AV equipment and signage. You will conduct a post-event evaluation to gather feedback for future improvements. You will ensure that the correct staff resources are provided and relevant staff training is in place.

You will also support the Events and Sales Operations Manager in answering customer inquiries, maximizing sales opportunities. You will cover the busy front desk as needed and assist in meeting and greeting all of its visitors.
