A Whetstone councilor has hailed the work being done to improve pavements in his ward.

Cllr Liron Woodcock-Velleman said: “From Tuesday June 11 the footpaths on Oakleigh Gardens will be repaired.”

He added: “This has been made possible by Barnet Labour’s £100m five-year investment in roads and pavements. This is just the beginning of the improvements to come.”
