Leicester announce the departure of 3 players

Crowned with a championship title, Leicester City will play in the Premier League next season just one year after being relegated. In order to compete with the big English names, the Midlands-based club are already undergoing a squad overhaul. If the Foxes have recently formalized the extension of Jamie Vardy’s contract, they are, however, preparing to part with 3 players: Marc Albrighton, Kelechi Iheanacho and Dennis Praet.

“Leicester City can confirm that three senior professionals will be leaving the football club when their respective contracts expire in June. Marc Albrighton, Kelechi Iheanacho and Dennis Prat leave the King Power Stadium… The club would like to thank all three departing players for their contribution during their time at Leicester City and wish them well in the next stages of their respective careers.we can read in an official press release of the English club on Friday.
