The Liverpool pair could be under the watch of Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag. Ten Hag has been confirmed to continue as United manager ahead of next season after intense speculation he would be sacked following a season in which the Red Devils won the FA Cup but finished eighth in the Premier League.

Not having to look for work this summer, the Dutchman will appear on Dutch broadcaster NOS as part of their coverage of England vs Serbia at Euro 2024. The United boss will be invited, alongside Dutch legend Marco van Basten and Yannick van de Velde, on Studio Voetbal.

The Ten Hag will no doubt have a word or two to say about Alexander-Arnold, especially as the Liverpool star is used in midfield, a role many have argued for him to be used in for months.
