Saudi Pro League clubs lure Kelechi Iheanacho with megabucks

Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho will receive a protection package if he agrees to join a club in Saudi Arabia ahead of next season.

Recall that Iheanacho recently left Leicester City following the expiry of his contract.

Speculation is rife that the 27-year-old is in talks with unnamed Saudi clubs.

The former Manchester City player has also attracted interest from clubs in England and Turkey.

Aston Villa, Everton and Besiktas have all made contact with Iheanacho’s manager.

A move to Saudi Arabia would see him earn a big salary.

Iheanacho scored six times for Leicester City last season.

Leicester City have now won promotion to the English Premier League.
