G Brothers Pizza, located on the High Street, has been forced to close due to a pest control issue, however head chef and founder ‘G’ – one of the original G Brothers – has confirmed it won’t be the end of the much-loved. pizzeria in the area.

He took to social media to announce that the restaurant is “under renovation” and will reopen under new management and a new name – Geppetto’s Pizza. He added that he will still use the same original pizza recipe and will still work in the kitchen as head chef.

Earlier this week, the new Geppetto’s Pizza Instagram page posted an update on the new restaurant’s progress. It read: “After a long month of renovations, we are almost ready to open! Come to Easton on May 9th for our launch and grab one of our classic sourdough pizzas.

“Due to issues with our liquor license we will be BYOB (bring your own bottle) until June 1st, then we’ll be serving the amazing @wiperandtrue on tap again. See you all on the 9th! 16:00 to 22:00.”
