Date set for annual mayor and council classic golf tournament

Money raised by tournament to benefit Royal Canadian Air Force centenary celebrations, future public facilities in Bradford

The Mayor and Council invite you to save the date for their annual Classic Golf Tournament on September 6, 2024.

The Mayor and Council Golf Classic serves as a unique opportunity for residents, local businesses and city officials to come together on the courses, fostering meaningful connections and strengthening bonds within our community. Whether they are an avid golfer or a beginner enthusiast, attendees can look forward to a day of enjoyable golf activities suitable for all skill levels.

This event not only provides a platform for residents and city leaders to interact in a relaxed setting, but also allows us to raise awareness and support for important initiatives that have a positive impact. our city.” – Mayor James Leduc

Proceeds from the tour will go towards the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and their Centenary celebrations and will be used for future public amenities at the Bradford Community Center redevelopment project, including the new City Hall. By participating in this event, participants will not only enjoy a day of golf, but will also contribute to the betterment of our community.

The Mayor and Council Golf Classic will be held at the Club at Bond Head and will feature various activities including a friendly golf competition, networking opportunities with Council members, exciting prizes and more. In addition, sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses wishing to show their support for community initiatives.
