Manufacturer Royal Enfield Announces WHOPPING Dividend in Q4 2024 Quarterly Results – Check Amount, Date of Payment

“Recommended final dividend of Rs. 51/- per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting…” Eicher Motors said in a regulatory filing yesterday.

The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting, the motorcycle maker added.

Eicher Motors Q4 2024 Results

Eicher Motors Ltd (EML) reported a total income of Rs 4,256 crore, up 11.87% from Rs 3,804 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24. EBITDA was Rs 1,129 crore, up 20.88% from Rs 934 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

Profit after tax (PAT) was 1,070 million lei, an increase of 18.20% from 906 million lei in the same period last year.

During the quarter, Royal Enfield recorded sales of 227,925 motorcycles, up 6.17% from 214,685 motorcycles sold during the same period in FY 2022-23, the company said in a press release.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2024, total income from operations of EML’s Eicher Motors Ltd was Rs 16,536 crore, up 14.50% from Rs 14,442 crore recorded for the fiscal year 2022-23 . EBITDA was Rs 4,327 crore, up 25.65% from Rs 3,444 crore in FY23 and Profit After Tax was recorded at Rs 4,001 crore, up 37.31% from Rs 2,914 crore for the same period last year.

In FY 2023-24, Royal Enfield recorded motorcycle sales at 9,12,732 (standalone), up 9% from 834,895 (standalone) in FY 2022-23.

Eicher Motors Share Price

Shares of Eicher Motors closed at Rs 4,657.65 on Friday, up 1.98% from the previous close of Rs 4,567.25. The stock opened at Rs.4614.90 and touched an intraday high of Rs.4687.70 and a low of Rs.4553.05.
