Restaurant with “best pizza” to open the first restaurant in the city center

A new restaurant is set to open in Liverpool city center serving ‘the best pizza ever’.

Pizza Triangle will open in the former Trattoria Italiana on Whitechapel in the city centre. The venue claims to be bringing award-winning food to the city, having taken home Pizzeria of the Year at the Prestige Awards for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024.

In 2022, Pizza Triangle also won an industry award. Signs appeared outside the location that read “Your new favorite pizza shop is coming.”

Pizza Triangle already has a branch in Stoke-on-Trent, but this will be the first location in Liverpool. The restaurant will offer bottomless pizza, breakfast, lunch, Italian coffee and a licensed bar.

A five-star online review says: “Triangle Pizza offers a delightful dining experience. The pizza is full of flavors that really impress and the crust strikes the perfect balance between crispy and soft. The ambiance creates a welcoming atmosphere, adding to the enjoyment. The staff members are not only attentive but also friendly which makes the overall experience outstanding.”

Another person added: “Best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I also like the upstairs design. This review reminded me that I haven’t been in about three weeks, so I’m ordering tonight! The chicken strips are nice too, but honestly, the pizzas here are out of this world and the staff is super nice!”

While a third said: “Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I couldn’t recommend the pizza quattro formaggi enough. 10/10”.
